We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities relationships with potential clients, and supporting the development of and execution of growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research new business opportunities and target markets to generate leads and grow the company's customer base.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors through market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement plans to meet sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners to increase revenue.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote services and increase brand awareness.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, market trends, and business development progress.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Work experience as a Business Development Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A strong understanding of sales techniques skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- The ability to analyze market trends and data to find potential areas for business growth.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative approaches to business growth.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
