Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to determine effective solutions.
  • Provide guidance and advice to workers on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Employee Engagement Strategies

Implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, including community-building activities and engagement surveys.

Offer counseling services to support employees' well-being and provide a safe space for them to express concerns.

Manage employee complaints and escalate complex issues to senior HR representatives when necessary.

Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Human Resources Administration

Handle administrative cases related to employee behavior and attendance, determining the most appropriate course of action.

Determine employee eligibility for transfers, promotions, or rehires based on established criteria.

Prepare separation notices and relevant documentation while maintaining confidentiality.

Conduct exit interviews to gather insights on reasons behind separations and identify areas for improvement.

General Administrative Tasks

Compile and analyze employee relations reports, such as attrition and headcount data.

Maintain accuracy of HR data, including HRIS records and other relevant information.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager to ensure seamless departmental operations.

Recommend process improvements and implement changes to enhance departmental efficiency.
