Job Title: Training & HRIS Development Specialist

This role is a vital component of our Human Resources division, supporting all customer companies under contract.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless employee experience from hire to separation, while maintaining accurate and compliant digital HR systems across multiple departments.

  • Coordinate and facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the organization.
  • Design and maintain digital and instructor-led training modules for staff at all levels, catering to their unique needs and requirements.
  • Track and maintain employee training logs, certifications, and compliance deadlines, providing timely reminders and updates.
  • Administer and troubleshoot the HRIS system, ensuring accurate entry of staff data, assignments, and reporting structures, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to customize training for role-specific requirements, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Maintain and regularly update orientation curriculum, training documents, and onboarding checklists, guaranteeing that employees receive comprehensive support throughout their tenure.
  • Monitor training compliance by auditing records and sending reminders for mandatory training renewals, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support development and implementation of staff development plans and continuing education initiatives, promoting career growth and advancement opportunities.
  • Create reports and dashboards within HRIS for leadership and compliance monitoring, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure new hires are entered into HRIS with correct titles, supervisors, and department coding, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
  • Maintain lifecycle liaison assignments and document orientation tracking in HR dashboards, streamlining administrative tasks and improving overall efficiency.

This position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as expertise in HRIS systems and training methodologies.
