- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in OD, contributing insights to evolve our strategies and methodologies.\
- Conduct workload analysis, collaborating with department heads to assess imbalances and recommend adjustments, improving resource allocation and reducing employee burnout.\
- Review and update job descriptions to ensure alignment with current business needs and industry standards, conducting job analyses to identify necessary skills and competencies.\
- Ensure job descriptions are clear, consistent, and compliant with labor laws and organizational policies, benchmarking roles against industry standards to maintain competitive structures.\

- Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs and align development initiatives with organizational goals.\
- Coordinates with external trainers or vendors when necessary.\

- Designing and implementing leadership programs to ensure that leaders are equipped with the skills needed to drive organizational success.\

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.\
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Training and Development.\
- Knowledge in Balance Scorecard is an advantage.\
- Experience in HR roles related to organizational development, job analysis, or workforce planning.\
- Strong analytical and strategic skills.\
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.\
- Familiarity with all facets of HR, job evaluation tools, labor regulations, and ability to collaborate with co-employees and leaders of the organization.\
- Strong knowledge of OD principles, strategies, and best practices.\
- Ability to analyze organizational challenges and develop solutions.\
- Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills.\
- Ability to conduct surveys, analyze data, and implement action plans\
- Ability to interpret HR and organizational data to drive decisions.\
- Strong ability to influence and guide leaders and teams.\
