Job Title:

Career Development Coordinator


This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of early career professionals. As a Career Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing the end-to-end candidate selection process.

You will work closely with educational institutions to organize campus recruitment events, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support candidates throughout their hiring journey. Your strong communication skills and ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally will be essential in building and maintaining strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage account-specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and offers/onboarding
  • Ad-hoc Administration: Manage ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Reporting: Collaborate on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports within deadlines
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders
  • Communication: Keep stakeholders updated on relevant processes
  • Query Management: Manage day-to-day queries and escalate where necessary
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement within the team

Requirements
  • Effective Communication: Effective English business communication, written and oral
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and write clearly and professionally
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work in a midshift schedule
  • Contract Commitment: Amenability to work on a fixed-term contract
