At CRESPHIL INC., we are seeking an exceptional Office Secretary to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for making a great impression on our guests and ensuring their visit is productive and pleasant.

You will be responsible for managing the flow of information, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to the Senior Vice President and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Collate documents for signature and record them for future reference.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Manage and assist office guests, offering refreshments and making them feel welcome.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
  • Support the completion of regular reports and prepare PRF for expenses.
  • Liquidate expenses incurred by the office.
