Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This includes managing email and calendar, scheduling meetings and events, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the incumbent will contribute to team activities, such as problem-solving and business issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage email and calendar
- Schedule meetings and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Process expense reports
- Maintain accurate records

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, or equivalent
- Strong command of English language, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on a graveyard schedule and hybrid work setup
