Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the directors and management team.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks, including timekeeping, implementing policies, and preparing minutes of meetings.
- Perform procurement, admin tasks, and purchasing duties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Admin Officer.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, leadership, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
