Job Summary


We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office/Excel, and knowledge in project management tools like CRM, Cloud Services, SAP, MS SAAS.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support the senior executive in daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence
  • Develop and maintain reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you must have:



  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting a senior executive
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Mandarin or Fookien speaking is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and knowledge in project management tools
  • A strong personality to face hurdles and operational challenges
  • Experience in business writing and ability to work onsite at Pasig
