Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Offshore Business Processing. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managing employee records and data
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for employees
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law and statutory benefits
- Proficient in using Windows Applications and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
