Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Offshore Business Processing. This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Managing employee records and data
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings for employees
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law and statutory benefits
  • Proficient in using Windows Applications and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
