Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead our compensation and benefits initiatives. As a key member of the HR team, this role will collaborate with HRBPs and other stakeholders to develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pay ranges for the APJ region and ensure that our compensation practices are aligned with industry standards.
  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys and partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits team to design and implement benefits programs.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics to develop dashboards and metrics to support decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on compensation and benefits best practices, provide guidance to Talent Acquisition, and utilize various tools to support compensation and benefits initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, including experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools.
