Senior Accountant Role

We are a financial services organization built by driven professionals who aim to take local finance expertise global.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the General Ledger Accounting process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Controller on ASC 606 recording and commission expense reporting.
  • Develop and implement a process for capitalizing software development costs under ASC 350.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
  • Lead projects requiring technical accounting research, GAAP compliance, and memo preparation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Participate in software implementations, process upgrades, and cross-training initiatives.
  • Take ownership of special projects, ad hoc reports, and general accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) degree in Accounting.
  • At least 8 years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
  • 2-3 years in Big 4 audit or multinational companies.
  • Experience working with U.S. clients, particularly insurance and tech companies.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 606.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Credit Card transactions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Able to work independently while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
