We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team.

Digital Content Strategist

This is a unique opportunity to develop and execute a digital content strategy that supports brand goals and values.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing digital accounts, with a focus on storytelling and visual content. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

A strong understanding of social algorithms and trends is essential, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a platform-specific digital content strategy that supports brand goals and values.
  • Plan, produce, and post engaging digital content across various platforms.
  • Build relationships with followers and industry peers through active engagement.
  • Track performance, analyze engagement data, and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Collaborate with the production, design, and creative teams to align content with upcoming shoots and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing digital accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social algorithms and trends, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in content editing tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite.
