Job Overview

The role of Quality Assurance Specialist at our organization involves leveraging data-driven insights to drive performance and efficiency enhancements.

This position is responsible for gathering and generating periodic performance data for analysis and reporting, as well as collecting attendance data and preparing monthly attendance reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and generate periodic performance data for in-depth analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Collect attendance data and prepare comprehensive monthly attendance reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of attendance and performance databases by updating and maintaining them.
  • Utilize timekeeping systems to generate and manage attendance reports effectively.
  • Compile and organize evaluation data for performance assessments.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, data analytics, or a related role.
  • Experience with timekeeping systems and performance evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
