Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst Role

This is a key position within our Integrated Compliance Services team, focusing on conducting thorough due diligence investigations. The ideal candidate will have experience in enhanced due diligence or AML/ATF work and be proficient in foreign languages, Boolean methodology, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct background investigations as required, coordinating with Regional Compliance to identify red flags and potential risks.
  • Communicate case status with the Business Unit and Regional Compliance, highlighting any AML/ATF concerns.
  • Share knowledge with the enhanced due diligence team and Global Investigative Forensic Services to ensure consistent and effective practices.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of EDD data, using up-to-date tools and methodologies.
  • Participate in proactive initiatives, completing ad-hoc tasks and requests as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, Legal, or Business is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read in Mandarin is considered an asset.
  • Experience and Technical Skills: At least 1 year of relevant experience in enhanced due diligence or AML/ATF work, proficiency in technical skills like foreign languages, Boolean methodology, and data analysis.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with OECD FATCA, CRS, and other AML regulatory frameworks is beneficial.
  • Additional Qualifications: Strong research and writing skills, knowledge of complex fund/corporate structures, and ACAMS certification are advantageous.
