Job Description
  • The selected candidate will serve as a conduit between borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third-party vendors, facilitating seamless communication throughout the loan process.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Essential Qualifications
  • 1+ years of loan processing experience, preferably in investment property, private money, bridge, DSCR, or ground-up construction loans.
  • A strong understanding of real estate investment terminology, loan structures, title commitments, and entity structures (LLCs, trusts).
  • Exceptional technical proficiency with CRMs, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and loan processing software.
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining 100% accuracy and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with customer service orientation.
