
Full-time Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to support our real estate operations.
This is a critical role where you will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth administrative processes across multiple companies.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of U.S. tax laws and proven experience with QuickBooks Online, as well as excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online files for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage all billing processes and maintain detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets.
- Audit real estate contracts to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Coordinate vendor schedules, answer and route calls on the company phone line, and handle general administrative tasks.
- Bookkeeping Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
