About the Role

The client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to support their real estate operations. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth administrative processes across three U.S.-based companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping & Billing: Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online files for three companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage all billing processes.
  • Data Management: Maintain detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Audit real estate contracts to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate vendor schedules, answer and route calls on the company phone line, and handle general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bookkeeping Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
