Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized President's Office Administrator to join our team at BFS, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a key role that requires someone who can prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Key Responsibilities: Provide clerical and administrative support to the President, facilitate communications, and assist with daily administrative duties.
  • Support Functions: Answering calls, photocopying, mailing, receiving, and releasing documents, managing the President's calendar, composing and preparing correspondences, completing related reports, and arranging travel plans.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
