Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at CEVA Logistics. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in payroll administration and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of HMO and Group Life Insurance, POH&O concern, end-to-end payroll processing, responding to payroll and benefits inquiries, and maintaining HRIS data quality and accuracy.

  • Administration of HMO and Group Life Insurance for 3 centers (enrollment, deletion, updating of details, reimbursement, death claim, etc.)
  • POC for C&GO concern (expense reimbursement system) for all centers.
  • End-to-end payroll processing, including regular pay run, separate run, and expat payroll.
  • Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries and requests.
  • HRIS data quality and accuracy maintenance.
  • Calculate and upload leave credits for new hires and resigned employees.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process SSS Claims and Reimbursement.
  • Attend to employees' requests such as Philhealth-related documents, and a list of remittance of contributions.
  • Certify SSS and PAG-Ibig loan.
  • Monthly government statutory remittances and reports.
  • Finance monthly reconciliation and reports submission.
  • 201 maintenance and management.
