Job Opportunity

The Remote Project Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service support, focusing on assisting the Service Manager in guiding the Service Technician Team to understand their daily schedules, performance goals and expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and staff by providing timely and effective assistance.
  • Assist Service Manager in resolving emergencies and oversee scheduling of service team members.
  • Prepare and update document data files into a prescribed computer database while ensuring data integrity and security policies.
  • Provide weekly progress updates to the Service Manager and client point of contact while maintaining open communication channels.
Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse groups.
  • Must be responsible, self-motivated, personable and well-organized with superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend project technical and construction documents, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively handle stressful situations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Keynote, and Adobe Acrobat for efficiently completing projects.
