Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Manage incidents and requests within the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Perform daily ticket follow-ups with end users within the respective ticketing system.
  • Resolve user authentication and password issues.
  • Support software and application installations on company devices.
  • Offer assistance with multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and VPN access.
  • Perform hardware support for laptops, mobile devices, monitors, printers, and accessories.
Required Skills
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory environments.
  • 1+ year of experience with Mac OS.
  • Proficiency in using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Familiarity with remote access tools like LogMeIn, TeamViewer, and Take Control.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
