Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external customers to process payments, prepare statements of accounts, and conduct root cause analysis of late payments.

About the Role

This entry-level position requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Payments: Process payments made by customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare Statements of Accounts: Prepare accurate and detailed statements of accounts for customers.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of late payments to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in Month End Reporting: Assist in preparing month end reporting to ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Experience: Some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
