International Payment Manager Job

This job is for a skilled professional who can oversee and optimize international payment operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-border payments, bank transfers, and other financial transactions. They will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across diverse banking networks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage international payment processes to ensure timely and accurate execution across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, monitor compliance standards, and implement best practices in cross-border payments.
  • Reconcile accounts, monitor transaction discrepancies, and generate detailed reports on payment activities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline payment workflows, optimize transaction costs, and enhance operational efficiency through the use of modern payment technologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial planning, budgeting, and audit processes related to international transactions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing multi-country payments, bank transfers, or similar financial operations.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of international banking systems, multi-currency payment processing, and financial reconciliation software.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments in different regions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
