Workday Payroll Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

You will work closely with team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. This will involve understanding customer requirements, designing and delivering tailored solutions, and supporting more junior team members in their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Workday solutions for customers
  • Design and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs
  • Support and develop junior team members
Requirements:
  • Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll certification (US payroll required)
  • Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good commercial awareness and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
