Store Leadership Opportunity

This leadership role is responsible for driving sales, ensuring seamless daily operations, and maintaining a safe and presentable store environment.

Key Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • 5 Year(s) of working experience in Retail Industry.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills, Leadership and Communications Skills, People Management Skills, Coaching Skills, Merchandising Skills are required.
  • Amenable to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
  • Effective gondola setup and merchandise display.
  • Proper management of the store's daily operation.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Greeting and serving customers with a smile.
  • Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
  • Recruiting, Selecting, Training, Coaching & Disciplining employees; monitoring & appraising job responsibilities.
  • Providing constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
  • Daily bank-in of store sales.
  • Stocking and order processing.
  • Completing and updating reports (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ and Superior.
  • Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
  • Working within established guidelines and SOPs.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
