Job Description

  • Expert Travel Advisor

You will provide expert travel advice and solutions to our guests, delivering a high-quality brand experience. You will be empowered to make creative decisions using tools and market insights to meet the unique needs of our guests.

The key accountabilities include:

  1. Providing an industry-leading reservation solution in English and multiple languages.
  2. Championing brand values by demonstrating knowledge, passion, and pride.
  3. Embracing global and cultural diversity in serving our guests and business partners.
  4. Consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations despite challenges or obstacles.
  5. Building rapport with guests through active listening, maintaining an appropriate pace, and using a conversational approach to deliver a warm and friendly guest experience.
  6. Inspiring loyalty through personalized and efficient service driven by the guest's needs.
  7. Using creativity to proactively find solutions to drive results, taking accountability, and listening to ideas and feedback from others.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and one or more languages.
