Job Description
- Expert Travel Advisor
You will provide expert travel advice and solutions to our guests, delivering a high-quality brand experience. You will be empowered to make creative decisions using tools and market insights to meet the unique needs of our guests.
The key accountabilities include:
- Providing an industry-leading reservation solution in English and multiple languages.
- Championing brand values by demonstrating knowledge, passion, and pride.
- Embracing global and cultural diversity in serving our guests and business partners.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations despite challenges or obstacles.
- Building rapport with guests through active listening, maintaining an appropriate pace, and using a conversational approach to deliver a warm and friendly guest experience.
