Senior M365 Support Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior M365 Support Engineer to join our dynamic remote support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to clients, ensuring seamless operations, and driving business growth through proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues in a fast-paced 24x7 support environment
- Monitor queues for incoming alerts and incidents, responding promptly to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of M365 technologies, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Teams
- Provide expert-level guidance to junior team members on technical matters
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD Premium, Windows Server Admin, and Exchange Server Admin
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Information Protection, SharePoint Online, and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Knowledge of SCCM, Mimecast, Netskope, VMWare, and SolarWinds: N-Able
