Data Operations Specialist

This role involves managing complex data tasks, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to process improvements. Your primary focus will be on ensuring data accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing complex data manipulation tasks according to established guidelines and best practices.
  • Providing expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools and addressing advanced issues.
  • Conducting thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to develop and refine best practices for enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.

To excel in this position, you should have 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field. Additionally, you must possess strong proficiency in English, excellent ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines, and advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and other data management tools.
