We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm System Expert to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong technical expertise in fire alarm systems and have experience in managing service departments efficiently.

  • This role requires the ability to oversee daily operations, ensure seamless communication with customers, schedule service calls, and coordinate technicians.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fire alarm systems, be able to diagnose issues over the phone, and recommend the best course of action.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming service calls effectively.
  • Respond to off-hours answering service inquiries promptly.
  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone, addressing their concerns and service needs.
  • Provide timely notifications and updates to customers.
  • Assess fire alarm system issues remotely and determine the appropriate action.
  • Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with fire alarm systems.
  • Technical knowledge to diagnose fire alarm issues over the phone and recommend solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Organizational skills to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with technicians efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills to quickly determine service requirements.
