Job Role

The role entails maintaining organizational systems and ensuring efficient marketing operations.

  • Supports the organization by monitoring and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Coordinates the development and delivery of beer support materials, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Tracks seasonal and evergreen retail promotions, ensuring materials are ordered, designed, and distributed on schedule.
  • Manages customer-facing components of programs and collaborates with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as a liaison between teams to facilitate communication and project coordination.
  • Ensures that all materials are delivered and uploaded to the correct systems and folders.
  • Manages Airtable databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on beer stats, release info, and marketing assets.
  • Collaborates across departments to ensure timely publication of website pages and social assets.
Requirements
  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (ideal)
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Airtable or Trello
  • Able to work independently and collaborate across time zones
