Project Coordinator

  1. Directly assist the Project Manager in tracking accomplishments, deliverables, and resource allocations.

2 Maintain and update inventory trackers, material usage, procurement logs and reconcile expenses and liquidation reports

  1. Prepares and checks Daily Time Records and distributes workers' payslip. Coordinate with the manpower agency for workers' concerns and requests.

  2. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and weekly reports

  3. Keep project files, contact lists, travel arrangements, and other materials organized.

  4. Oversee quality control on site and coordinate, document and create report.

  5. Works closely with engineers, architects, and main office admin/operations officers

Qualification:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree. Fresh graduates of Engineering or Architecture are welcome to apply. For other related courses, at least 6 months of experience in a construction setting is required.

  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  3. Must have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and be comfortable working with tight deadlines.

  4. Willing to learn and take on responsibilities beyond the core role when needed. Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools is a plus.
