Job Title: 3D Building Information Modeller

Join a dynamic team as a skilled 3D building information modeller to create and maintain accurate, high-quality BIM models for construction projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex 3D BIM models for building services
  • Create parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and AEC assets
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure model alignment with design intent and construction requirements

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to produce clash-free, highly coordinated models
