BIM Modeler RoleJob Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building information modeling (BIM) and experience with software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Tekla, Rhino Grasshopper, Lumion, and other BIM-related design tools.

The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing 3D models of building projects, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. They will also facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring that all project stakeholders have access to the latest model information.

The role involves working on building information modeling (BIM), Architectural, Civil / Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), for both Design and Construction drawings.

This is a full-time on-site role where you will work on building information modeling (BIM), Architectural, Civil / Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), for both Design and Construction drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Tekla, Rhino Grasshopper, Lumion, and other BIM-related design tools.
  • Ability to create and manipulate detailed 3D models and understand spatial relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management principles to oversee timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in models and documentation.
  • Capability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions during the design and construction phases.
  • Skills in analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
  • Understanding relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and how to incorporate them into BIM processes.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the BIM field.
