We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a 3D Modeling Specialist. As a key member of our design consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality 2D and 3D models using the latest software technologies.

Job Description:
  • Assist the BIM Coordinator and Senior BIM Modeller in delivering projects on time and meeting project goals.
  • Provide three stages of drawing work during project execution: Drawing Set-up, Drawing Production, and Drawing Submission.
  • Lead the team in drawing production and standard implementation, as instructed by the BIM Coordinator.
  • Support the team in providing direction in emerging technologies associated with CAD and Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to the BIM Coordinator and Senior BIM Modeller and perform assigned tasks.
  • Provide daily reports of project status to the Senior BIM Modeller.
  • Notify the Senior BIM Modeller of any changes to the model or new updated models.
  • Coordinate models with other disciplines using Navisworks, ensuring minimal clashes.
  • Ensure all models are linked correctly before modeling.
  • Liaise with engineers to resolve design errors or clashes that may occur with other services.
  • Oversee workflow within the project and coordinate with the Senior BIM Modeller to resolve issues.
  • Assist the Senior BIM Modeller with drawing operations for assigned projects.
  • Support engineers with issues related to drawing standards and AutoCAD/Revit software usage.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum one year of experience with Revit software and BIM roles handled.
  • Able to work flexible schedules.
  • Previous job experience in a design consulting firm is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Overseas experience is an advantage (work in other countries or project design outsourcing company).
  • Effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Systematic and methodological approach to work.
