We are seeking a skilled Building Services Technician to join our team in Manila.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proficient MEP Building Services Engineer/Technician(BIM Technician) , skilled in Revit, to contribute to creating BIM models and CAD drawings across all design stages for innovative building projects.

As a member of our expert team of engineers and Revit technicians, you will produce detailed 2D CAD general assemblies and develop design-coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit, adhering to current design standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce and manage detailed BIM models and CAD drawings.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members, ensuring design optimisation and integration.
  • Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 to achieve project objectives.
The Skills We Need
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant with a focus on BIM modelling.
  • Proven experience at BIM level 2 and proficient use of Revit in building-related projects.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both engineering teams and AutoCAD specialists.
