**Job Title:** BIM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Building Information Modelling (BIM) specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for BIM tools, standards enforcement, and QA/QC processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in BIM production or support roles, with proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related coordination tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with BIM standards are also essential.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and cover a range of circumstances from regular evening and weekend work, shift work and overtime. The successful candidate will be skilled in change management and digital transformation, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform model audits and assist with QA/QC reporting.
  • Offer first-line support for Revit, plugins, and project template use.
  • Monitor Autodesk license usage and assist with software audits.
  • Deliver hands-on onboarding sessions for IWG templates and standards.
  • Support data extraction processes and coordination workflows.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve modeling and documentation issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as architecture, engineering, or construction.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in BIM production or support roles.
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and related coordination tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with BIM standards.
  • Skilled in change management and digital transformation.
