We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Professional to lead our People Consulting practice. As a strategic leader, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our HR functional areas, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Lead diverse teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for process improvement, driving business outcomes and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum six years of experience managing HR functional areas, including Organization Development, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits.
- Proven track record of delivering successful HR-related projects, including organization review and design, talent, performance, and rewards management.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience coaching and mentoring teams.
- Proficiency in leveraging tools and platforms like MS Visio, ARIS, SharePoint, or similar technologies for process mapping, document management, and data visualization.
