The 2025 Training and Quality GVPAD role is a dynamic position that plays a crucial part in shaping the organization's workforce preparation.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for cultivating client and departmental relationships to drive business growth.

Key functions include developing and implementing training programs, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, and ensuring consistency across all classroom training.

You will also work closely with the Quality Supervisor and Operations teams to address any consistency issues.

In addition, you will create and maintain consultant training schedules and coordinate with other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables.
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure.
