  • About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a professional and high-quality service experience to customers over the phone.
  2. The Operational Excellence Specialist will verify, schedule, and confirm order details, complete tasks assigned within a day, including calls, emails, admin reports, and other administrative matters.
  3. This role requires close collaboration with other departments' stakeholders to support and execute business administration activities and objectives set by the team leader.
  4. The Operational Excellence Specialist will work closely with departments such as 3PL, Marketing, Corporate, and other relevant teams to achieve common goals.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail is essential when handling reports and administrative matters.
  6. The Operational Excellence Specialist must be willing to take on ad-hoc tasks to support business and customer needs.
  7. Regular examination of data reports is required to locate and resolve errors that may arise.
  8. The role also involves maintaining databases and performing updates to ensure accuracy.
  9. A key aspect of this position is creating business reports that provide insight into key data points and communicating results to managers in writing or verbally.
  10. The Operational Excellence Specialist will have opportunities to upsell products by offering certain services and/or products to customers.
