Remote Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to ensure the timely processing of acquisitions and dispositions in a remote part-time contract role requiring 25 hours of work per week, Monday–Friday from 12-5pm EST.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process acquisitions quickly to get properties on the market efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison to customers throughout the settlement process, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Review and enter contracts/settlement statements into our CRM system with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage relationships with title companies and collaborate with colleagues to ensure all settlements are processed promptly.
  • Assist with property marketing efforts, including ordering professional images and creating compelling online listings.
  • Partner with the construction team to guarantee all projects are completed before listing the properties.
  • Support the expansion of our business into new geographic markets, contributing to its continued growth and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the settlement/title industry
  • A High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
