Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Property Valuation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the data, and communicate findings externally with brokers and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments, to identify opportunities and assess risk.
  • Create detailed financial models to assess property performance and returns on investment.
  • Conduct market trend analysis, property data research, and comparable sales/rentals analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership and clients to ensure clear communication of findings and recommendations.
  • Assist with due diligence, reviewing leases and financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Real Estate Analyst or similar role is required.
  • A degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate is necessary.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with financial modeling experience preferred.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to think independently.
  • Familiarity with Filemaker Pro and strong internet searching skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate terms and metrics, such as cap rates, NOI, and IRR.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
