Job Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and empathetic professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist.

This role requires the ability to initiate conversations, build rapport, and identify individuals who may be interested in selling their property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls daily to homeowners using a pre-qualified lead list.
  • Engage in empathetic and professional conversations to understand the seller's situation.
  • Qualify leads by identifying interest, motivation, and property conditions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of selling and how solutions can help them.
  • Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM and consistently follow up to nurture leads.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or cold calling is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone, are essential.
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals going through sensitive life situations, such as divorce, loss of a loved one, or financial hardship.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn commission through successful deals.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms is a plus.
