Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong executive presence, and the ability to represent the company confidently in high-level meetings with external stakeholders.

Job Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization, ensuring high-quality candidate experience. This includes partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative and effective recruitment strategies to ensure high-quality candidate experience.
  • Strategic Hiring Solutions: Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide tailored hiring solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • External Representation: Represent the company in meetings with clients, partners, and external stakeholders, projecting confidence and professionalism.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure that all candidates receive a high-quality experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Recruitment Experience: At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably from BPO or shared services companies.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Executive Presence: Strong executive presence—confident, poised, and able to handle high-pressure discussions.
  • Adaptability: Flexible to work occasional graveyard shifts when needed.
