We are seeking a highly proactive and seasoned support professional to provide high-level assistance to an e-commerce founder based in Europe.
Job Description- Manage inbox and calendar for executives, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task management.
- Track and coordinate tasks and projects, utilizing advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Handle financial coordination and basic reporting, maintaining accurate records and facilitating business growth.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from existing processes and Loom recordings, enhancing operational efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain data dashboards (Google Sheets) and handle data entry, providing real-time insights and supporting informed decision-making.
- Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Book travel and handle ad hoc administrative tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting an e-commerce founder.
- Fluent spoken and written English language proficiency.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets, including dashboard creation and data analysis.
- Proven experience in inbox/calendar management, SOP creation, and business reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and at least one marketplace (Amazon or Bol.com).
