Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the expansion of our mental health service provider network in Asia by recruiting and onboarding high-quality professionals.
  • Match clients with suitable providers using our proprietary database, ensuring timely and effective support delivery.
  • Maintain accurate applicant information in our recruitment system and provider database for seamless communication.
  • Communicate provider information promptly and confidentially to hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage caseloads to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Experience in recruiting non-local candidates and managing complex databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to long-term growth.
