As a key member of our mental health service provider network team in Asia, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach. This entails recruiting and onboarding qualified professionals to offer psychological support to clients. To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for assessing clients' needs and matching them with suitable providers using our proprietary database.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the expansion of our mental health service provider network in Asia
  • Recruit and onboard mental health professionals to provide ad hoc psychological support to clients
  • Match clients with appropriate providers based on their needs
  • Maintain accurate applicant information in our systems
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from providers
  • Review applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of clients' information
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers regarding provider information
  • Manage caseload efficiently to ensure quality service delivery

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in recruiting non-local candidates
  • Proficiency in database management of candidates
  • Background in working with growing startups
  • Ability to start immediately
