About the Role

Counselling and psychotherapy involve working collaboratively with clients to explore and address personal, social, or psychological issues.

This role requires using established approaches to support mental health, identify unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour, and equip clients with more effective ways of thinking, behaving, and relating to others.

Key areas of focus include addressing moderately severe mental health experiences and providing tools and techniques to manage symptoms.

  • Provide telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients.
  • Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and other complex conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new programmes and services.

To be successful in this position, you will need to hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent accredited programme, with at least 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours.

It is also essential to have expertise in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches, including TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT, SE, and other relevant modalities.

A valid and active license applicable to the country of practice is required, as well as regular supervision sessions every 2 months.

Proficiency in English and your local language is necessary, and prior experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and adult counselling is preferred.

We welcome applicants who are open to occasional onsite work, if necessary.
