Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner

This role involves supporting clients' mental health and personal growth based on individual needs and goals.

The practitioner will deliver high-quality mental health services to the public through scheduled video sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide onsite mental health support for clients.
  2. Focus on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
  3. Collaborate with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Master's or Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
  2. Active PRC license.
  3. Skilled in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).
  4. At least 3 years of post-master's degree experience for Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists.
  5. Proficiency in English and the local language.
  6. Prior experience in EAP, counselling working with adults, or coaching managerial roles is prioritized.
  7. Open to working onsite during night shifts.
