Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

About the Job
  • The primary responsibility of this position is to manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and accurate invoicing.
  • Additional duties include vendor setup, invoice processing, payments and scheduling, and communication with internal teams.

Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite is preferred but not required.
